Does any one have a standard way they verify posting? I have found some posting errors; with our acquisition mailing where two gifts were posted to the same person and them, one gift is total missed. This causes a couple of problems, one you miss your new donor and the other you’re thanking the other new donor for two gifts. Any suggestions would be great.

You may want to use the Gift Validation Report! This report prints all the information on the gift record and you can filter on specific gift dates. This information is in Knowledgebase Solution BB93040. This would also be a great report when your batch commit control report was to not print or preview. Celestine
