I used the SYBUNT with the gift dates Jan 1 1996 to Dec 31 2003 but when I export it there are 2007 dates included.

I can not be certain of this but it may be that the SYBUNT report is looking at the 12 months past the period you put in and only giving you people who did not give in 2004 and not even looking at 2007. The SYBUNT Report is going to give us Donors who gave in Some Years but not the year that we establish in the date range. If we used the date "1-1-96 to 12-31-03" We are telling the Report that we want all donors who did not give in the years of 96-03 but all other years including 2007.

The LYBUNT (Last Year but unfortunalty not this year) maybe the report that you are looking for. You will want to use he date range of 2007 for the report to search for constitunts that gave in 2006 but not in 2007. You can still use the SYBUNT report we would only need to use the date range of 2007 in the field. Hope this helps.
