I need to run reports that can be converted to excel files that give me patrons based on client type and also gives me specific shows. marketing mailing will allow me to search by client type and create a list for a single show at a time but if I want to do multiple shows it won't print which show the person has tickets for, just that they have at least one of the ones that I was looking for. the transaction reports don't give me the ability to break out by client types..... any suggestions??? so far my best thought is run a marketing mailing report for the client type and all the shows I need to include and then have someone go through by hand to see which show(s) they have.... time consuming as it may be thansk
