Occasionally we will have a student who has been enrolled, transfers, then re-enrolls again with us. How do other schools handle this as far as Date Entered, and Date Departed for matriculation dates in Student Records.

If we have a student who has withdrawn and returns to the school, we merely change their Status to current student and their status reason to "returned"..When a staff memeber see that reason on their Bio 1 tab they know to check "Records" on the tool bar and click on Status Log -- this will explain the student's history.In matrticulation we delete the "Left" date because all that information is in the status log to review.
