I'm glad that you are having this discussion. My supervisor just asked me to think about deleting records of one-time gift givers, such as 'In Memory" Gifts. How do you handle these records? Just mark them in active? Administrative Assistant to the Director of College Advancement

I am currently working on developing a plan for One Time Tribute donors also. Currently I have a query that I exclude from mailings. I am recomending to my boss that we include in our attribute - mail code - tribute only -- so that they are easy to include/exclude as needed. For our one time honor/memorial donors we use the constituency code honor/memorial then they are not included in our mailings. Rhonda Oakley
