Yea I too thought it was odd that they would put out a significant update that didn't work with their services. I wonder if its the new M$ think going on to put stuff out on schedule no matter what. I have going to load the latest patch onto my standalone test environment, next week. I've been waiting for them to fix what is would be a major problem for our organization -the fact that any letters that use conditional mail merge will not open in preview. We use Mail-Receipts extensively, with multiple users producing receipts at the same time. If the file does not preview, it has to be first saved under a specific name, then retrieved, then opened and printed. We can't afford to waste that much time! I was told patch 4 fixed the problem, but I am not going live until I test it. Harriet Farmer
