I am new to Crystal Reports, we have RE version 7.81.1334.15 and Crystal Reports XI. We have a basic report we've created, we are reporting on constituent, total giving, and action notes. It is suppressing an entire record from appearing in the report if the action note is blank. Can anyone help us with this, we would appreciate it. We upgraded to RE 7.81.1334.15 and upgraded from Crystal Report 8.5 to Crystal XI. We can create the Crystal Reports in Crystal XI but when we try and create the new Custom Report in RE, we get an automation error. Anyone else out there able to run Crystal XI reports in RE with no trouble? We have a Blackbaud Tech that is contacting us about this issue at 12:00pm today.
