Is it possible to run a vendor activity report that does not show the vendors with a 0 balance ? Thanks

You can create a query to select vendors with balances greater than zero. Then, when you run the report, filter by that vendor query. When you create the query, the criteria you want to use is in the Summary section. Select Vendor Balance. On the criteria tab, select "greater than" "O".
