I need to know what report will give me detailed information for memberships sold online.

We don't have PEO, just PE, and membership reporting for our needs is scarce to non-existent. You will most likely have to create your own via Crystal.

Thanks Vicki - yes, I print a sales event report for membership sales at our ticket desk. This report just tells me the number and level of memberships sold each day. I use the completed membership application forms to enter the money and membership in RE. We are going "ON LINE" Sunday! and I definitely will need to retrieve the member information because the money will go directly to the record in RE. I was told to use a series ticket audit report but it does not work for me. I thought I would see if anyone out in Blackbaud land had some experience with "online" sales using PE.

As long as all your internet sales are going into an exclusive drawer, then you can use the Closed Drawer Report and just include Show and Sales Details. It will break down the sales for you by membership category. Anything detailed beyong that you would have to look further and at other reports.
