I'm new to PE and was just going by what the last guy did (the company is new to PE too) when building discounted prices. He just built a new price type for every disounted ticket so there was a button on the screen to choose. I'm finding that I have more discounts and variations of discounts that I'd like to keep better track of. I'm not yet understanding how to use the "discounts" instead of just a new price type. Any suggestiosn? Do you like one way over the other? One of the issues I'm having is that I need to be able to give multiple discounts on the same ticket. Can I do that?? Also - do you allow multiple discounts on the same ticket (i.e. a subscriber who also gets an AAA discount and a discount for beinga senior?)

Hi. I am not sure if you are working purely with TOuch Screen or also the standard screen. I have had to create multiple price types for discounted tickets simply because its the only way Touch Screen will work. The standard sales screen is too complicated for my Front Line staff to make good use of. I am not sure about applying mutiple discounts to a single ticket but I would imagine (hoepfully) that this can at least be done in the standard sales screen.
