    Using website with IE 7

For approximately the last 2 months we've experienced a problem where our users that have IE 6 are not able to log on to the Blackbaud website but those with IE 7 are able to. The logon process is not quick but it works with IE 7. That seems to be the only common link with the issue. Is anyone else out there having trouble getting logged into the knowledgebase, forums, case central, etc when using IE 6? Thanks for any help you can give!! We're using IE6 with no apparent problems. It doesn't sound like it's simply the version of IE that's the problem.

I use IE6 and Firefox 2 without any problems. I'd give Case Central a call, they should be able to help you out. Barbara A. Schlichter RE7 DB Administrator Massachusetts

Case Central wasn't a lot of help at first but it may be time to give them another try. Thanks for each of your input!!! Susan

Have you checked to make sure that IE 6 is accepting cookies. I think some anti-virus and anti-spyware can change your security settins in IE. Just a thought.

No problems with IE 6. Sometimes their website does have problems - like I can't get anything beyond the last 10 days in any forum I've checked today.
