    Would anyone have an example of a Vehicle Fuel Credit Card Contract (for employees to sign) that they are using? We are going to hand out credit cards to certain employees and would like to have a good contract which covers "all the bases".     OK, the response for this has just blown me away (these Forums are unbelievably useful). Search the forums for the document. I did remove all references to our agency's name and replaced it with the word "Agency", but other than that it is the same.
