Accounts Payable Post validation report issue

Hi. I have a weird problem with one of my users. He is the one who runs the A/P transactions post validation report. We have FE 7.6 running on SQL 2005. The user has full rights at this point. The user tries to run this validation report, and it says no transactions found. I, or anyone else, does the exact same report, there is no criteria or limitations or anything easy to limit the output, and we get all the unposted transactions. We've created a new login for him, and it still does it. Does anyone have any idea what would affect the ability of a user to see transactions on this report? This user is the one who enters the transactions in the first place. I appreciate any thoughts - I've been fighting with this for months. Thanks, Marc Orcutt Idaho Community Foundation [Email Removed]

This is probably NOT the problem, but when you filter using a different (prior) period when posting the period remains in the filter when you post again. When you return to post again assuming "all" it shows no records found. Check the filter to be sure it shows "all". Sorry if this is old info.
