    If a student owes fees or books, is there a way we can avoid printing these specific students report cards or transcripts?.

    I created several HOLD attributes - Hold - Conduct; Hold - Fines; Hold - Community Service, etc. When I am ready to mail report cards or scheudles or transcripts, i create a query using those holds on the filters tab and seeclt NOT to print them
