    I have a new post-conversion situation of GMP to RE7, and I need to set up some new actions based on them. To be specific, for one, every time a constituent has code "CFA Letter 2004", I need to set up an action reading "CFA Letter Sent", with date "2004". How can this be done?

    Jonathan, I can see you attempted to be specific but I still am not sure exactly what you are asking.

    You can do global add to add actions to a group of constituents in a query. Can you get a query for the specific group getting the letter? If you want a new action type for it you can add new action type from Config.
