A/R Balancing- still having problems!

    A/R Balancing- still having problems!

    I am still having problems with my Accounts receivable balances. When I print the client report for the total A/R due, it is the same was what the statements show, but different than what is in the client's file if you pull up their name. I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it, and it is really becoming a huge issue. I have told several people already that their balances are one thing, only to find out later that it shows they owe much more. Anyone else having problems with A/R balancing?????

    Sonja, Have you checked your Tools/Options/Client/client activity options to see if they are set for 'show balance as of today'?? If not, that could be why the client activity screen does not show the correct balance. Laura
