We started using Papersave in March 2007. We bought two scanners for our AP staff, and I absolutely love it!! It is so easy to use and I can actually find invoices now when I'm looking for them. We've already completely emptied a 5-drawer lateral file that we will never need again, so I hope to gain some "people" space in our dept when we get ride of some of the cabinets. We will be ordering 4 more scanners July 1st when we get our new budget, and I plan to put every single financial edge entry into Papersave. The only con is when you try to email a document to someone who does not have Papersave on their PC they have to know how to convert the file to be able to view it. I highly recommend the software.

I too have been wondering about Papersave, I spoke to them over a year ago and it seemed awfully expensive for a smallish nonprofit. How many A/P pages a month are you scanning, and how much extra space does that use on the server, since that was my other concern.

Yes we purchased two Fujitsu 5120-c scanners. They are working great so far, of course it's only been 3 mths. They were roughly $850 each.
