    Hi, We are new users to Raisers Edge and are wondering if anyone is currently using Microgen/Bacway IP to do their Direct Debit run? We need to know if RE is compatible with Microgen?

    Hi. Where currently in the process of moving over to Raiser's Edge & i was wondering how you found the intergration of Microgen? What problems did you experience & how easy was it to extract the DD info & send it off?

    Hi,

    I just wanted to check and see if there were any replies to these posts?

    I am trying to deal with Microgen at the moment and not making any progress with them.
