    Microsoft Office Home Use Rights

Hey all- I was wondering if anyone who either received their Microsoft Office licenses by donation from TechSoup or who purchased their licenses under Microsoft Charity Open License has been able to activate the Home Use Rights for Software Assurance that went into effect the beginning of September. We have a mixture of licenses through both of the above methods and have been having a heck of a time getting the Home Use rights activated. Microsoft has been telling us for a few weeks that there is a technical problem they are working through. Now I got a message saying that it might be because our licenses were acquired through charity programs. I could understand it if that had been the case, but since the products come with "Software Assurance" and this is a new feature of SA, we shouldn't have a problem. Unfortunately, no one at Microsoft seems able to tell us directly and our resellers have been unable to find a definitive answer either, though their interpretation matches mine. Thanks!
