Has anyone tried to print a reserved seat house for a rental. The renter then takes all the tickets away and sells them at their own office. We usually do this to accommodate private Dance School Recitals. Anyone had any experience

We do a similar thing for private hires that want to sell their own tickets, but we print the tickets to invoice and they sell their own and then any they don't sell we then put back into the system and then send them a minus invoice. Is that what you mean?

Lisa, Do you print the entire house and charge them to invoice, then accept back any unsold tickets?

yes we do if they want the whole lot to sell, otherwise we split them. They sell half we sell half.

Thank you Lisa, you have given me food for thought. I have not tied to split the house. Have you encountered and accounting irregulations in this process.

only if the tickets are not returned properly, otherwise it has been fine. There probably is a better way of doing it but that's what we have been doing for years and it seems to work fine for us.
