I have children as clients. I need to send invoices and statements to PARENTS of these clients, not to clients. I cannot find a way for the statement to print out the parent name first. I have found how to put Attention line on statement but I want Parent name on the statement. Can anyone help? What are you doing? Brenda

I do the same thing. Go to the ADDRESS tab, enter the correct name and address and make sure to check the box to use as the "bill to" address.

I also have children as clients, and I do not want the children's names to appear on the address portion of my statements. To solve this, I had to create separate clients for the parents, link the parents and children, and select the parents as receiving a copy of the statement. Then, in the mail function of printing the statements, the last tab (Format) there is a pull-down menu that you can select "send statement copies only". Then the parents get the statements without the child's name in the address field. Good luck!
