    We import grades and comments from FAWeb into BB. We just finished the third quarter grades and I spent hours upon hours editing the teachers comments. Does anyone have a suggestion to get rid of the spelling errors and make them all look the same....no spaces/dashes etc. Help!

    We had the same problem and three years ago we when to standard comments that were entered into the comment table. Now the teachers can only choose from these standard comments and not add their own or edit those in the comment table.

    Do you use the ability to approve comments as a supervisor while they are still in FAWeb? That has been the fastest and best option for our school. We also send out constant reminders of spell check, read out loud, check student name spelling, proof them before you mark them ready for review.
