Is there any way to make RE 7.5 recognize that the Seasonal Address needs to be the Preferred Address? We have a number of constituents with Seasonal addresses, but when I do Queries and such, only the old Preferred one shows up. I have tried the "Seasonal Address = Yes", but then I just get the people with Seasonal Address and not everyone else. HELP!!

Is your old seasonal address still marked "Send mail" if so the RE is working properly. One address - the permanent one shoud be the preferred address and the seasonal one is an alternate. If they are both marked as send mail then it uses seasonal during the proper time of the year. If a seasonal address is no longer valid then un-checking send mail should work. Melissa

Also, I found that if you export your query, and then when setting up the export you choose to use the seasonal address. It will pick the correct address based on today's date, providing that you have marked the seasonal address and the dates on each constituent's record. Rebecca S. My data entry person, not more than a half hour ago, came to me with a piece of returned mail and said the label should have had a seasonal address on it, not the preferred address.
When using the Export module, Address Processing and clicking on Address Line 1 a pop-up box comes up regarding seasonal address. I just discovered that I need to put Today in the drop down box that asks: Consider seasonal dates as of. I think it may default to Include all dates, which is what I thought was correct!
I hope BB Support will jump in if this is the wrong track!!
