I was hoping to get a survey of what ticketing software any organizations out there use, and if/how you integrate with Raiser's Edge, if you use it. I'm familiar with PASS and a few others, but I'm trying to expand my horizons. Thanks! Vera Lester Membership Assitant, Box Office Manager Contemporary Arts Center New Orleans www.cacno.org

We us Paciolan's t.Gen software for ticketing. The 'integration' between t.Gen and RE is manual. On a weekly basis I do the following: - on RE7 I export basic name/address/membership information for any current member who's information has changed in the past week (including adding brand new members) - on t.Gen I import this information - for existing records that have just been updated, it overwrites those basic information fields. For new members from RE7, it creates a new record on t.Gen. It's not an elegant solution, but it works to get our members ticket to our timed-entry exhibits and for them to register for our Programs at the discounted member's rate.
