    Hi Christine,

    We use Micro Edge for our grants out of the foundation and track grants to the foundation as gifts.

    The reason I replied to this is that we use action tracks for our prospects in our "Friend to Friend" program. I would gladly share what I learned in this area if your interested.

    There's a great step by step tutorial on BB website if you need that kind of help stting up the action tracks. I used it to set up action tracks for tours
