Consolidated Receipts

    Consolidated Receipts

    We are switching to Consolidated Receipts for our monthly donors who only wish one receipt at the end of the year. I know how to change to Consolidated Receipts in the Bio 2 tab, however there are no concise instructions anywhere as to how a gift needing a consolidated receipt should be entered in Batch, or how that one receipt should be printed at year end. If anyone can send me some quick instructions that would be greatly appreciated.

    I've tried to do what the Raiser's Edge staff have told me, but ended up with a complete mess. The receipts did not print for the consolidated gifts...which is good...but when I printed the Receipt Report for that batch...they were marked with receipt numbers and when I went into the individual record...they were now marked as receipted.
