    How do I get a report from the GL to get a Project Summary Income statements for all projects. I don't need the details but I would like to see all the projects.

    Open the report you want to use, go to the "Format" tab, then select sort. On the right had side is a drop down box that will allow you to run the report for all projects, departments, programs, etc. I select the projects tab and then wait. Depending on the number of projects, this report can take a bit of time.
