We are looking at revamping the set-up of our recurring gifts. I want to be able to report on where they came from but I don't want all gifts to be credited to that appeal or campaign. We only keep our appeals open for 60 days - then anything that comes in with that appeal slip later goes to a "closed" appeal. I would like to know how other monthly donor programs are organized and what are their policies and procedures.

Keri We have an appeal called Monthly Deposit then our fund is called Donations-Monthly and then our campaign is called Public Information. We run the same batch that we set up to be the recurring batch but each time we run it we change the date to be whatever month it is for. I hope that this helps you somewhat.
