I am planning on purging vendor records for the first time in the AP7. Has anyone done this and have any recommendations.

Curiosity has gotten the better of me what do you plan on purging?

Our goal is to purge any vendors who have not had any activity in the past so many years, which was designated by our auditors. One problem that we found that once we purge some vendors who are in our AS400 for our bookstore the bookstore ended up using these vendors again, we had to add them back into AP but now the two systems have different Vendor ID numbers. Of course when you have multiple systems things like this happen, we are trying to work out these little kinks though.
