I am using the FACTS Management Company for tuition collection. I would like to generate a student billing invoice for ancillary charges only (sports fees, class fees, etc.) I want to exclude the 10-pay tuition charge and the downloaded automatic payment. Is anyone able to do this? I am currently on Student Billing version 6. HELP!

Donna, I have this problem, too, and I don't see any way to create a statement without extraneous data. I use the balance forward format, and if I only include the dates on which I entered those fees, although only those items would print in detail, I'd still have the problem of a balance that shows the whole amount due. I just print the statement, highlight the item or items due and write in the amount I expect the parent to pay directly to me. If the parent is confused by the statement, I imagine they will call me and I'll then have the chance to explain why the darn thing looks the way it does. I have the same problem. After 4 years I have given up trying to create a statement with just the current month's charge's. I also take the time to write the amount for families who have multiple children. Joyce Christ Church Episcopal School Greenville, South Carolina
