We are closing a campaign that has gone on for four years. I need a reprot similar to the Pledge Status Report showing what was paid, written off, and the pledge balance, with name, address and salutation. We intend to merge that information to letters mailed to them to verify their information before the recognition piece is done. I cannot find a way to get their address and salutation information on a report with the total pid, written off, and pledge balance. Can anybody help.

The only way I know for you to do this is to be sure you check the create output query box on your report, and then set up an export based on the query output or use RE:Mail to acknowledgement them based on the query output. This way the system will mark your records as acknowledged, if you need that done.
