    We are in the process of implementing TIE, primarily for our fund statements. I'd like to know how other people are using it.

    We use it for the majority of our marketing segmentations and analysis. We also use it to group supporters into different segments based on their interaction with the charity. For example, our cash donors are split into 4 groups based on RFV. This makes selections and reporting much simpler, quicker and more powerful than in RE. We have a simplified version of all the relevant data on The Raiser's Edge on which we perform all of these functions.     We have been using TIE for about 3 years. We use it for a variety of reporting needs and for our appeal segmentations. We report on our campaign results, membership, volunteer activites, and alot of analysis, such as appeal and donor history. It's very powerful for being able to group and segment the data for reporting. We use mostly pivot tables can Crystal reports.
