We had to print the w2s on plain paper first to tell what was going to print. There is not a report that has all this information. It left our box 10 figures off. I do not trust the system either.

Are you printing the actual forms on pre-printed forms purchased from Blackbaud? I am trying to but the forms print all of the W2 information over the pre-printed info! What a mess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called support and they are trying to figure out why I can't print W2's on forms they said I had to buy and if I didn't buy them from them, they couldn't guarantee them to print correctly. So I bought them from BB and they still don't print correctly. I am really discussed with this product!!!!!!!!!!

Where can I get the install for Payroll 7? And secondly, is it possible to just install it on 1 or 2 machines and not the server?

You will have to get that from Blackbaud. If I had it to do all over again, I would wait until I was the last one using Payroll 6. You can limit access to one or two users but I think it will have to be on the server.
