    Reporting by T-Codes

Does anyone know how to create a report or VCO that allows users to group accounts/transacations by T-Code. I know that the system offers the ability to filter on T-code but is there anyway to group by T-code?

Do you mean by transaction code?

I set up a VCO that filters on a t-code, so that when using this chart in a report different values of the t-code appear on different lines. For example, we have one GL account for interest income with a t-code called "investment account." By filtering on the t-code in the VCO I can produce a report showing interest for each investment account. Is this the kind of thing you mean?

Sort of. I know that you can filter on t-code. I would like to create a report that filters and groups by t-code. So, I would like to choose the the t-codes I would like to include in the report and then I would like to group by those codes. So, for example all transacations with a specific t-code are listed together.

You can create a report that groups transactions by T-code. When you design your VCO, make sure you are in Account View, Account Detail, and Account Detail Definition. The Account Detail Definition tab allows you to filter every account line item within your VCO based on various filters including T-codes. This is different than filtering a report on T-codes. I hope this helps.
