    Shorten Subject Line

How hard would it be for Blackbaud to shorten the length of the subject line? It would be so much easier and much more readable if the subject line were shorter. Instead of having: There has been a change to the topic 'xyz'. Why not put: 'xyz' - topic change. Instead of having: A new topic has been named 'abc'. Why not put: 'abc' - new topic. Either way would be nice in the email. Just something shorter and more precise in the subject line.

LeAnn's suggestion would be really easy to sort: the name of the topic followed by either "new" or "change". Leslie Choitz Sisters of the Holy Cross Notre Dame, IN

This topic is already here under 'Forum Email subject line' and the replies have been that we know this will change but I agree with you about how hard can it be and why haven't they done it yet?
