    Constituent Batch

I'm relatively new to RE and I'm attempting my first constituent batch. I did a couple test runs with one or two constituents which added them fine. But when I entered the full batch, it said it committed but the constituents were not added.

Then I did another test with just a couple and same thing - committed, but no control report and did not add.

What might I be doing wrong or missing? Forsyth Medical Center Foundation

Hi Carol It's hard to say what might have happened. Have you tried the Help menu for committing a constituent batch? Rather than listing all the things you should check in your batch here, I'd check out the help (F1 when in Batch) menu. There is a nice checklist of things you should do - such as validating and boxes to select for printing your control report etc. There's also instructions for printing queries of exceptions and so forth which may help. If these suggestions don't solve the problem, try creating a case with support. Good Luck! Anne Marie

Thanks Anne Marie, I found in Knowledgebase that this issue was addressed in version 7.80 and we have version 7.71. It has to do with marking the business address as the preferred address. I'm going to take out that field for now and try again. Forsyth Medical Center Foundation Winston-Salem, NC
