Tried posting this before under miscellaneous and received no response so I'm trying again under optional modules. My apologies to those of you who receive both.

I am looking for a reference for a membership card vendor called Relizon, or any other vender who does the kind of two-sided polyester or plastic coated paper card that is mounted with removable adhesive on a sheet of letterhead so that we can feed it through our inkjet printer and add the member's name and individual info.
