    Blacklisted Address.

I received the following error message when trying to send email through netcommunties: Blacklisted Address. The domain previously reported this account as invalid. Since it is a fellow colleague at the university, I know the email is correct. However, the mailbox was full the last time I sent out something and it was returned. How do I get the email address "off" of the Blacklist? Thanks.

I've had the same problem. I've filed a case, and I've been waiting for a few weeks now for a resolution. I think they are waiting for version 5 to address many of the problems.

Jim, I like the direct approach. Write an E-mail to the postmaster@ the blacklisting domain. You want to tell them you work at the recipient's alumni organization and are only contacting your members. That helps them see your legit and not a spammer. I've had god success doint this for our association. Tom
