We want to put our student contracts on BB. We can not student bill until we have a signed contract. Tech support says that we do not have the ability to do a sales quote or contract in student billing which we could then change to a bill when the contract comes back signed. This takes place after we receive the deposit. How is everyone else doing their student contracts? I was planning on using the Admissions financial aid tab in combination with Crystal Reports. We have a tuition charge, a bus charge, financial aid rewards, scholarships awards, deposits received, special services, etc. Any feedback would be appreciated!

We export to a microsft word document to create a merged contract for each student. Billing goes out separately from the Business office, though the contract requires a deposit to be received by Admission.
