    Brand Policy

Does anyone have a policy giving permission for a business to use your name and/or logo? For example: an art gallery is doing a grand opening and wants to advertise that 15% of all sales during this event is being donated to your organization. Thank you. Michael J. Hi Michael. We have fundraising guidelines that may help. Here is some of the language - If you would like a copy of the whole document I would be happy to share. Submit the Application for Fundraising Event or Solicitation at least 60 days prior to the event. Include a copy of all promotional materials. The use of MCF’s name and logo must be authorized by Foundation personnel. Promotional materials should indicate that funds are being raised on behalf of a particular fund of the Maine Community Foundation rather than by MCF. For example, “this benefit is to support the XYZ Fund of the Maine Community Foundation”. Karen [Email Removed] Karen H.
