I have created a CR for online donations and need to sum the gift amounts by campaign for the entire date range. I've tried using If Then Else statements but it's totaling the entire report instead of a specific campaign. Any ideas or suggestions much appreciated. Create a group of the campaign ID (I usually make a formula that has campaign name (ID) (exa: Annual Fund (10001) )then create the group on that), then click the calcuation button, choose gift.amount, and then change the group to your new campaign group. It will put it in the group footer and you can move it to the group header, depending on how you want your report to come out...
