Greetings all! I searched the forums archive for this, but did not find anything. We are a 1-12 independent school and have MANY individual constituents who have a business name of <None Specified>... what are you replacing that with? If you are NOT replacing it how to you create directories, reports, etc... that are "reader friendly" i.e. NOT printing "<None Specified>". If you know the forum listing that addresses this, please let me know and I'll be happy to read the archives - I just could not find anything on my search. It looks like you can. Create a relationship query of Organization Name = &quot;&lt;none specified&gt;&quot;. Then you can go in and use that in an Organization/Business Relationship global change. The field name to look for is &quot;Print Org.&quot; When you select your field criteria, you may also have to check the box to overwrite existing values.
