We have not been using Action Notepad types. However, since updating...it's now a required field.

I don't want to be redundant and use same as Action Type.

Would some of you be willing to share your Notepad types?

We only have one - "Action Background". The only content our staff puts in there is things that don't necessarily fit in any other spot on the Action record. Usually it is details about the meeteing/event/whatever that the Action entailed. We have been talking about this too, seems kind of silly to need another type but we have letter, email, conversation and other. I told my coworkers that we need to clean up the Action type table on the General tab before we discuss the notepad. Veronica [Email Removed]
