I've customized my seach screen results to show cons. name, address, etc. Is there an option I missed where I can include a suffix after a name? Thanks - Rebecca L. Schafer Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana [Email Removed]

We use Primary Addressee rather than name for pretty much everything. We are a school, and have alumni and parent codes for their year and campus show as suffixes. When there are common names like John Smith, it really helps to make sure we have the right one. You can set up people's Primary Addressee to show the name and suffix fields in pretty much any order you want. Hi, Open the search screen. At the top of the screen there is a line that says "Search using query" and in the box next to that it lists the query you are using for searching. The default query set up by BB shows up as . Click on the icon next to the binoculars (I have no idea what it is) but you can use that to edit the search query. What I do is make my changes and save the edited query with a new name. Then I search for that new query and use that. I don't like the idea of overwriting the original search query. Once you do that, underneath the results box, you will get a message that you are not using the default query, click here to reset. Hope that's clearer than mud. laura Laura A. This is what I did: * Create a constituent query. Criteria was name not blank to capture everyone in the system. Output is what you want to see on the search screen (I have name, address, city, state, zip and spouse name.) I named it 'Default - bschafer' * Go to Records, Open a Constituent. Click on the binoculars next to Search Using Query field. Select your query. Rebecca L. Schafer Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana [Email Removed]
