I am trying to run receipts under mail and following the wizard to create a tax receipt and not getting the results I need. I am getting a receipt for each donation instead of a consolidated receipt. I have my constituents marked as consolidated under the receipt type. What am I doing wrong?

That is only good if you are using preprinted recipts. Joyce

Are you selecting a query of your donors that have consolidated receipt in their record? Anne Marie

I also successfully run year-end receipts, based on a query of donors who have Receipt Type of Consolidated Receipt and I use Custom Data File (not preprinted receipts.) I'm not sure if it would make any difference, but are you showing the Gift YTD amount on your receipts, or just Gift Amount? (I use Gift YTD to show the entire consolidated amount.)
