    Suspect Funds

    We often get incomplete (no project ID, unclear fund designation) information for our gifts. However, we do not want to delay the gift entry process. I'm considering creating a suspect fund in RE and suspect project in RE for gifts like this. Once the correct info comes in, I would fix it using the gift adjustment feature. Any suggestions?

    We do not allow gift processing without this information, so I don't have any suggestions but it does seem like doing double work to process incomplete gifts and then go back to correct them later. Denise Stengl School Sisters of St. Francis Milwaukee, WI [Email Removed]
