How to find a middle ground

I am having a horrible experience with integrating RE and FE. My accounting staff do not want to use the Gift Adjustment feature. My development staff do not want to create a fund for each project. Any suggestions for ways to successfuly integrate and still appease both sides?

How to find a middle ground

You need to take a stronger position and assert your authority over the system. Ask management for support. They paid a bundle for this software and they have a vested interest in making sure their systems function efficiently. They've given you the responsibility to implement this system, now they need to give you the authority to do your job. If they won't back you up, then you need to cover your behind. There's no point taking responsibility for a failed system that wasn't your fault. Gavin Gourley Global Partnerships 206-652-8748 [Email Removed]
