    Random Copies created in GL

We are finding copies of journal entries, but are not actually telling GL to make those copies. It almost seems like the program is doing it automatically/randomly. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how were you able to fix it? Thanks!

I had a "phantom" entry a couple of months ago, and again this week. The entries were taken from recently posted recurring entries and showed up in some balances and reports but not others. I created support cases both times because, they appear to be a programming error.

I feel better knowing that we're not the only ones experiencing this. I created a case this morning, also & they are looking into it. Thanks, Ginny!

This is a really scarey thought that this is occuring. Can Blackbaud post something when they figure this out to let people know how/why this might be occuring and how to prevent it? I'm not sure how we'd even find an entry like this, but need to know if we should be worried and looking.
