Our primary constituent codes are Individual, Corporation, Foundation, Organization. I would like for the primary codes to be on the first line. Is there a quick way to change this without having to go into each record that I have queried and manually change the record? If you format your constituency code table in the order that would reflect the primary heirarchy and then run reports based on the table order instead of the "on constituency record" order that would provide you reporting functionality. We have the same problem that our primary cons code is not on the first line for thousands of our records, so we work around it by always using the table order. Just be sure that everyone knows NOT to change the table order. Once you get the table in the order that you need, make a hard copy or an electronic copy so that if someone accidentally changes the order you have a record of how it should be. You loose me when you say report from your table, isn't that the basis of all report criteria where the tables are involved? Adrienne L.
