    Tracking user statistics

Has anyone discovered an easy way to track how many gifts, and how many memberships an individual employee adds in a given time frame? I tried writing a query with gifts added by the user, and a time frame, but when I ran the query yesterday it gave me a different answer than it did today, I was using a time frame of 9/1 to 9/30 and got 2 different answers. Today is 10/11 so I can't see why I would get a different answer. Anyone had this problem? Sue

is the number higher? I'm thinking that if an adjustment was added to an existing gift then that adjustment may be counted as a new addition so you may be getting two-for one so to speak. Elaine Tucker

We don't do very many adjustments, so I don't think that's it. I need an accurate way to rate productivity. Any ideas?

Did you use the exact same query or did you reproduce the same query you remember doing a few days ago? Are you sure you are using the exact same preferences including inactive, deceased, no valid address. You are using the same gift types. You have the same soft credit preferences. Are you using added by or last modified by? Did you add anything to the output on the query? Any difference in the query and you can have drastic results. How different was it? Melissa S.
